An afternoon of banana bread……

preview1-2.jpg
I don’t cook very much. Let me just say that from the beginning.
Every once in a while I like to bake or maybe cook pancakes or French toast or breakfast for dinner, but most of the time we’re so busy we have to make something quick or do salad or sandwiches.. that sort of thing.
I had some bananas that were getting too ripe for eating, so I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to try a new banana bread recipe. Smile  I found this recipe on Pinterest, and it’s from For the Love of Cooking.net.

Let the bread cool in pan for 10 minutes then turn out onto a wire rack. (Ok, I admit… I did NOT follow this step. Blame it on my impatience. lol)
