Jackie + David: A Summertime Wedding at River Run Farm, Valle Crucis, NC
Jackie + David wanted their wedding to be outdoors, surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains and their family and friends. It was such an adventurous day, and a little bit of rain didn't stop them from enjoying the great outdoors!
“It was noon on the day of our wedding and my wedding planner reminded me of the 80% chance of rain and asked what I wanted to do. I was determined to still have the ceremony outside so I made the call and we did it outside. It starting sprinkling pretty much as I was walking down the aisle and it felt so mystical because I’ve always loved the rain. Luckily it waited until later in the evening to down pour, but even that we wouldn’t want to change. It was an absolutely perfect day, rain and all. Heather and Jason did an excellent job capturing every little moment, even the ones that we missed!”
