Sarah + Lee - A Downtown Raleigh Engagement Session by Revival Photography
“When we met in fall of 2007, we had no idea what was in store for our relationship. Three years later, our friendship began to grow and develop into the love that we continue to share today. We met in Raleigh, fell in love in Raleigh, and the city as well as NC State will always hold a special place in our hearts. No matter how far away we go, it will always be our home. Right here on NC State’s campus is where we were the first time when Lee told me he wanted to marry me. It’s the city where we made the decision that we would have a long distance relationship for a year while Lee finished his graduate degree and I pursued my career. Charlotte is where we are building our lives together, but Raleigh is where our journey began. So, it was only fitting that we come back to Raleigh to mark the beginning of our next step. We are so excited to share our story and can’t wait to spend the rest of our lives together! ”
We walked around the campus of NC State University with Sarah + Lee and then headed downtown for a nice Sunday afternoon stroll. It was the perfect day for a photo shoot! We even stopped into The Morning Times for coffee (which is one of our favorites in downtown Raleigh!)
We had SO much fun with these guys, and we have to say that we are also quite smitten with Raleigh! :) Can't wait to work with this couple again on the big day!
